This Privacy Policy explains how Naturamind Intelligence One Private Limited (trading as Nuzzle) ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Nuzzle mobile application ("App") and website at trynuzzle.app ("Site"). By using Nuzzle, you agree to this policy.
When you create an account we collect:
We do not collect your phone number, date of birth, or payment card details directly. Subscription payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and governed by their respective privacy policies.
When your device syncs with your partner's device, encrypted CRDT (conflict-free replicated data type) changesets travel through Firebase Firestore. These changesets are structural deltas that describe what changed — they are not readable content. We can confirm that a sync event occurred; we cannot read what was synced.
Photos you share in the App are uploaded to Firebase Storage under your account's storage namespace. Files are stored encrypted. We do not process, scan, or analyse the content of your photos.
We collect anonymised crash reports and error logs through standard mobile SDK tooling. These logs contain device type, OS version, and stack traces. They do not contain relationship content.

We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.
On-device data persists until you uninstall the App or clear app data. It is not stored on our servers.
Firebase sync changesets are retained for 90 days after your last active session, then deleted automatically.
Firebase Storage files (photos) are retained until you delete them in-App or delete your account.
Account data (email, pairing ID) is retained until you request deletion.

Nuzzle is developed and operated from India. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is our primary data protection framework. Under the DPDPA, you ("Data Principal") have the following rights:
As Data Fiduciary, we process your personal data only for the purposes described in this policy, with your consent, or as permitted by applicable law. We act as data controller for account and metadata. Firebase (Google LLC) acts as data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Our legal basis for processing is performance of a contract (account and sync services) and legitimate interests (crash diagnostics). You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. To exercise these rights contact [email protected].
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. California residents may request disclosure or deletion of personal information by contacting [email protected].
Regardless of your location you may at any time: request access to your data, request correction, or request deletion of your account. Contact [email protected].
Nuzzle is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete the account promptly.
Sync data travels as encrypted CRDT changesets. Firebase Storage files are encrypted at rest. Firebase connections use TLS in transit. We follow industry-standard practices for securing account credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-App notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
