These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nuzzle mobile application ("App") and website at trynuzzle.app ("Site"), operated by Naturamind Intelligence One Private Limited (trading as Nuzzle) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use Nuzzle.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nuzzle. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you create an account on behalf of another person, you represent that you have their authorisation to do so.
You may sign in using Google Sign-In or email/password via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Nuzzle is designed for two people in a committed relationship. Pairing connects two accounts into a shared world. Only pair with someone who has explicitly consented to share a Nuzzle world with you. You may not pair with someone without their knowledge or consent.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not impersonate another person or use a name you do not have the right to use.
Nuzzle's core features — including daily check-ins, messaging, all games, quests, rituals, and all creature evolution stages — are available free of charge with no time limit.
Premium access ($29.99 USD per year for both partners, one subscription) unlocks the full cosmetics library and seasonal nest drops. Premium is billed annually and auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Lifetime access ($59.99 USD one-time payment) grants permanent Premium access for both partners under a single purchase, with no recurring charges and all future Premium features included.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Their billing terms and refund policies apply. We do not process payment card details directly. For billing disputes, contact Apple or Google directly.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time, except where required by applicable law.
Stars are an in-App earned currency. Stars are earned through use of the App and cannot be purchased with real money. Stars have no cash value and are not transferable.
You agree not to use Nuzzle to:
Content you create in Nuzzle — messages, photos, notes, creature names — remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit your content solely as necessary to operate the App (i.e. syncing between your devices and your partner's device). We do not claim ownership of your content.
The Nuzzle App, including its design, graphics, creature animations, feature mechanics, copy, and underlying code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback to improve the App without obligation to you.
Nuzzle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Relationship outcomes are not guaranteed. Feature descriptions reflect current functionality and may change.
Nuzzle is not a substitute for professional relationship counselling, therapy, or mental health support. If you or your partner are in a relationship crisis, domestic violence situation, or mental health emergency, please seek professional help immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Nuzzle, including but not limited to loss of data, relationship outcomes, or emotional harm. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naturamind Intelligence One Private Limited (trading as Nuzzle) and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time within the App or by emailing [email protected]. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees paid.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-App notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute resolution: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with the seat of arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Consumer rights: Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), including your right to approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
IT Act compliance: These Terms are subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, including the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
